I am not sure how much of this is political and how much is real. Sure you have heard of this for ages, but even then when I was in we were not popular. And the Clintons were in charge when I was at Little Rock AFB, AR.

This may be too hot to handle and if so, I do understand.

I'm not really sure what you are asking here, but I wanted to respond so you wouldn't think people are shying away because the topic is "too hot to handle."

Can you develop what you mean by connecting Sexual Harassment and DADT?

This topic is about to get serious now with the Sec of the ARMY calling all sex offenders to be separated from the ARMY.

The "Good Ol' Boy" culture is very much alive and well in the military and because of it, many people see sexual harassment and assault (SH/SA) cases falling through the cracks. I would not go as far as don't ask, don't tell (DADT) redux, but I will say that of all the things that should be taken out of the military control and placed on contract is the reporting and investigation of SH/SA. This would eliminate any positional influence and keep the investigators impartial.
