I'm sure others will follow the discussion and ask for input as well.

I would greatly appreciate it if any Senior Leaders would be willing to review my records and provide some guidance and recommendations.

I have the entire board packet in a zip file I can email through a .mil or personal email if you send a private message with email address to my inbox.
