Is there a reason why the simple concept of being a professional and treating others with respect has become a goal and not a standard? I fully support the program but feel we do not as a whole have the right instructor presenting the information. Being knowledgeable in a topic or simply having had past experience plays no part in how well you can present information or instruct others. Hopefully there are creative materials and instructors who can instill the content of SHARP across the military.
