I totally understand SHARP and i'm a thorough supporter of it. But here is my thing we put a lot of punitive actions on anyone who commits it(yes they deserve it). What i want to know is what about false accusations? Ive heard so little about what there punishment is. You have to balance both sides. There are some really messed up people who will pull punches to get anyone they don't particularly like in trouble and/or removed. So how about we show both sides cause i believe a false accuser is just as guilty as an offender.

If someone files a SHARP complaint what I have seen is the accuser is always seen as a victim and the accused is automatically biased as guilty until proven innocent.  But if the investigation finds that the SHARP complaint is unfounded and that the accuser was filing a complaint just to get back at or ruin the career of the accused, what do y'all think should be done about the false accuser?
