Police are investigation shots being fired near the NSA. The NSA is also investigating damage from what appears to be gunshots.

Ex-Correctional Officer Charged in Md. Shootings

A suspect believed to be responsible for separate shooting incidents on the ICC and near the NSA at Fort Meade — as well as other locations in the D.C.-Baltimore area over the past two weeks — is in custody.

This guy's been on a bit of a rampage, SGT Jim Z.. He fired up a car on a road where I drive just about every morning on my way to work. Fortunately, as you noted in your update, he's in custody. And I heard that the FBI is investigating this guy as a possible terrorist.
