Should a CPT pursue any action if he was disrespected by senior NCOs during non business hours?

I read the details. I think you can easily handle this without the rank being involved. Were these people's actions out expected norm for anyone in a professional organization? Definitely. Lead with that.
Talk with their chain of command, one strongly worded conversation about off duty conduct is l. It should take for them to pull their head out their ass.

I would contact the NCOs Chain of Command.

SFC Jason, where did you learn the details? That is a major detail needed to know before passing judgement or answering the question.
I would say yes, but I suppose it would depend on the circumstances! Where were you all and what were you doing. What was said or done, did the other parties feel disrespected themselves etc. If active duty it’s a twenty four hour job so doesn’t matter if non business hours. Reserve or Guard could get a little sketchy depending on circumstances. But in reality you are all still Military personal and courtesies and customs should be adhered to.

CPT Timur Shakya - Okay you can report them for EO with the comments they made. That's clearly an EO violation. (You probably could have included this in your original post).
Do you know what unit they are in? You can go to your EOA or their EOA but I'd start with your EOA if you don't know what unit they're in. That's definitely an EO violation. Then you should be able to figure out their chain of command and go from there.

See this all the time within the civilian arena, with poking pun. (eg. If we're not getting paid, why waste energy with courtesy and respect, or doing anything productive.) On the flip, could be somebody just wanting more of your affection.
Find out the answer to why, and you'll more easily realize an appropriate action.
Some people never miss opportunities for saluting...

What were you fellows doing? Were any/all of you drinking? Did they know you were an officer? Did something you said trigger the situation? I didn't see any details at the beginning of the thread.
You didn't lock their heels at the time? I would have gotten their names and units and had a long and serious talk with their BNCO and CoCO and left them to deal with it if I felt they would handle it properly. I would give them the chance anyway. If it were highly insubordinate, your profile says you are JA, so you should know all the regulation that would break more than I do, I would have pressed charges myself.
The Army Regs cover you 24 hours a day. Off duty shouldn't matter if they were aware of your rank.

The one thing I don't see anyone addressing is that in "TODAYS ARMY" things are different as night and day for those of us who were in "back in the day" (the day when this kind of thing was not tolerated) but in todays "Inclusive Military" it is probably a crap shoot...I think that paperwork is the correct way(UCMJ) if it goes no where, at the very least there is DOCUMENTED evidence that this was not a once in a lifetime occurrence for being disrespectful towards a higher ranking individual. And it should follow this individual around making sure that they don't get promoted unless drastic action is taken to get rid of it?
Personally, I would have locked them up and given them the riot act and IF they didn't change their attitude, UCMJ here we come...

CPT (Join to see) I'd depends. If I'm on my private property off post, you have no authority. If you have a problem, and don't like my answer, call the local PD for noise ordinance violation. But you'd better know it verbatim.

I agree completely, private property is just that. I wouldn't dare go to a soldiers OFF POST housing and tell them how to live their lives, that IS NOT my job.(to a certain extent) I would expect senior NCO's to act like senior NCO's. On the other hand sometimes it is necessary for leaders to help out their soldiers with life lessons etc..but ONLY to a point. I feel like there must be more to this situation than we know. Was alcohol involved?

SGT James LeFebvre - I think there must be other things that were mitigating factors that caused this. I know senior NCO's EARN their rank it would be pretty tough to earn promotion points if you are constantly getting on others bad side. Although some times d-bags slip through the cracks?
