Yes, all emails on her private server are discoverable and her actions are a violation of the records act. Anyone else would be prosecuted. It is dangerous and American/inegalitarian she is treated as a exception

There is no such thing as "full disclosure," especially for an elected official.

For our Appointed officials like Cabinet Secretaries, and Federal Judges (including the Supreme Court), we have a Confirmation Process which acts in as "full disclosure."

Although it would great to have this on a theoretical level, it just isn't practical.

Democrats have always insisted that the appearance of wrong doing is the litmus test here and yet, where are they now? Is this just partisan politics? Are Conservatives the root of all evil? I am not saying conservatives do no wrong, of course some do but she should be accountable to the system.

I think transparency is a step towards integrity. Personally the current administration has had everything sealed about his upbringing from his birth certificate, college transcripts, etc. I understand people have a right to privacy in the private sector but in the position of POTUS you're in the largest glass house of all. When someone seals their records, it gives you a reason to suspect something.
