Should a 2LT salute a 1LT. Military protocol says yes to both, if they know each other you will not see this happening

A WO1 saluting a CW2 I only saw that in Fort Rucker Alabama, out of there I had try to salute a CW4s and CW5s and haven't go too well

Customs and courtesies demand it. However, would the WO2 be able to a) remove his hand from his pocket before the WO1 passed him by?, and b) would he spill any of his coffee?

When I was enlisted I thought it would be cool to be saluted once I got my commission what I did not realize is that I went from only Saluting officers to saluting everyone.

what's embarrassing is this question is even being asked. the redeeming point is that it is being asked by an Airman (but a TSgt...come on...)! you should have posed the question like "With the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard having a proven and effective Warrant Officer program, why doesn't the Air Force consider bringing it back instead of trying to reinvent the wheel by spending all this money coming up with a new program for "enlisted pilot training".

This is similar to 2LT saluting or calling a 1LT "sir/ma'am". It's really not the custom but, could've been at one time. It's common sense the promotion is quick enough that the WO1 will be a WO2. So it's not done.

Seriously... why not? They're both W.O.'s and one ouranks the other.... it's a sign of respect for the rank, not the person..
Same as an enlisted would salute an officer or Junior officer a senior officer..

This should not even be a question, IAW AR600-25, Section 1-5 of that regulation, the junior person SHALL salute first. This is NOT an option but required by Army Regulation. There are no exceptions !
