I would like to see a morality clause for benefits, though it would be hard to impossible to enforce Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 10 at 2016 2:02 PM 2016-05-10T14:02:39-04:00 2016-05-10T14:02:39-04:00 MSG Private RallyPoint Member 1516947 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The regulation is antiquated and truthfully does not represent our current society standards. I quite honestly believe that if the DOD wants to impose a regulation, especially when it come to the above mentioned topics, then DOD should be responsible enough to take charge and help soldiers get divorced and actually implement standards instead of leaving it to "civil court" we have attorneys and judges let's use them. And if this isn't the case, then DOD should bug out and eliminate the regulation altogether. I believe just as it was when you live on base with a spouse she is instructed to behave the same way we did in the Army, Navy, Marines, etc. It may be hard to enforce but throwing our hands in the area and giving up is not what should be done! By the way, military Spouses are not too hard to come by, there are still many good men and women out here, look harder!
