The challenge for him, FB and all of the other social media sites is determining the point where a post stops being free speech and becomes a threat to others. This is not always easy. If it&#39;s too restrictive, then no one uses the site. If too easy, then their site is used to facilitate criminal acts (this is what terrorism is - a criminal act). Who sets these thresholds is another matter -- is it set by government or corporate policy. It is a challenging situation.
