They change your mailing name. So first time it is “John Smith” second time “John S.” Third “John John” fourth “ J. Smith”. The company then say they don’t have the name on their no-mailing list. <br /><br />Most legitimate companies will stop after the first or second time. Multiple consumer watchdogs have them on their radar because the specifically target veterans.
