Heavens yes! the FBI guy says she was extremely careless in how she handled the info. If SGT or SPC snuffy screwed up as much stuff as Ms Clinton they'd be getting UCMJ'd to hell and back. At the least she should be censured by congress for this.

With a major part of my career of 22 years wrapped up in Communications Security, and remembering all the investigations and reinstatement/renewals I had to go through to keep my TS/SBI active and up to date.... Yes pull any and all access to any and all classified information which she might have....

Had I ever been Extremely Careless I'd have been buried under Ft Leavenworth...

Yes, and she should be permanently ineligible for a government security clearance at any level. Unfortunately, it is not a requirement to be POTUS.

Har - If you listened to the FBI Director's testimony this morning . . . you would learn there were three and only three emails containing the (C) paragraph marking deep within each email note. There were no obvious CLASSIFIED, SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI, or other markings. The people who should be prosecuted if any would be the people who intentionally marked these paragraphs (C) with no other markings . . . and then emailed these three documents to SECDOS via a nonsecure email network. You can hardly blame her for not noticing three subtle (C) markings that were buried in three emails among several tens of thousands of other email messages. Moreover, to an untrained eye . . . the (C) paragraph marking absent any more context ( e.g. CLASSIFIED marks top and bottom of each page ) may be easily interpreted as COPYRIGHT mark not CLASSIFIED mark. What part of nonsecure server on a nonsecure network do you not understand? Why would anyone transmit a document containing any supposedly CLASSIFIED matter over a nonsecure network and/or via any mechanism capable of being interconnected with a nonsecure network or nonsecure server? This begs question of whether paragraphs marked (C) were ever properly classified in the first place. This is a tempest in a teapot / much ado about nothing / political muckraking. Let's get on with the more serious business of the country and stop wasting everyone's time over trivia. The FBI Director was out of place making any public announcement regarding the results of the agency investigation. This was the job of the Justice Department prosecutors responsible for deciding whether there was enough evidence to merit criminal proceedings . . . and even then prosecutors rarely if ever release any statement that they may decline to prosecute . . . much less render a personal opinion about the wisdom or lack thereof of the behavior of the target of an investigation. Revoked immediately ... No, IAW the statements of the FBI Director. That person should have their clearance suspended pending adjudication. That is what would have happened to me had I used my unauthorized personal email server, lied, obfuscated and obstructed justice ... Right?

The greater question is if she is qualified to be Commander In Chief if she is not trustworthy to handle classified material? She is corrupt, and it is a damn shame that the rich and powerful in this nation are impervious to the rules and laws that the rest of us are forced to follow.
