Talk to the LPO/Chief. If that does not work, go to the commander of the navy recruiting region. But give them the opportunity to work it out. If that doesn't work, then find another recruiter. Someone will make it happen for you. Your profile says you are are Civilian potential recruit yet in a previous response you claim you are prior service Army. IF you are prior service you need to update your profile here on RP and update your story to reflect Discharge type, RE code and narrative. Chances are all your info is in the system so it should be easy for another recruiter to pick up where they left off. You can just walk into any old station and explain what is going on and any recruiter worth a damn should be very quick and motivated to help you. I will tell you that Prior services not high on the priority list for recruiters. They need to make mission with what they are tasked with. If you possess a skill or training that is in need it makes it easier not faster. You may sit for even longer if you are not a priority. Them's the breaks when they have what they need to make mission. You have to remember they have enough to do with getting first time applicants/recruits through the system and doing extra paperwork and waivers are not a priority. Even if you go to another recruiter your stuff is already in the system and if you give your recruiter grief you may still not get in. You should change your tact to friendly responsive and just a plain pleasure to speak to with your recruiters or you will get black balled so fast that even in all out war they won't take you. That's just my opinion. He's in survival mode if that's happening. Like the frog that drowns in buttermilk instead of slowly churning it into butter before hopping out. Tell him your interest and concerns, and if he doesn't respond find another recruiter. Don't go over his head, as that's a bad way to start off in service. Although not as small as USMC the USN can be a small world. You never know when you might work for him. If you were a DEP discharge you're fair game, so maybe take a walk in to see Marine Recruiter, or not. Anybody can make it if their mind is right and they're in decent shape. No Nuclear Program, but I put many in the Solar program - open contract - any job under the sun. Good luck.
