However, the last time I took the test was in 2013, and I achieved a 75 with a 118 GT, 113 CL, 104 CO, 107 EL, 105 FA, 104 GM, 100 MM, 105 OF, 108 SC, and 109 ST. I don't have a need to retake the test other than wanting to improve my scores, but if I retake and score lower, do I keep my old higher scores or the new lower scores? Is it worth it to retake or should I just keep my old score?. PFC Private RallyPoint Member SFC Joe S. Yours isn't holding you back from just a quick look at the MOS/line score requirements. At this point in the Army at least, I would think that they would look at your service record before looking at the ASVAB. Whether your GT is a 113 or a 153, it doesn't make a difference. It's not listed in your promotion file, it's not a discriminator for any type of thing you would volunteer for. Best case, you have higher scores...worst case your scores are lowered.
