Team, Section, Squad Leaders have to focus on a lot already and emotional intelligence may be asking too much at that level, but when a troop needs to talk to someone about something serious and needs an empathetic ear in their leadership (not including chaplains which are advisors not deciders) then this training would be a great benefit.
