Where and how is the real question.<br /><br />It's like New York's "Stop &amp; Frisk" Policy. Anyone can tell you that is a bad policy. The only people who want it are those abusing it. <br /><br />This tool, in and of itself is not invasive, but it can be used in an invasive manner. And that's the crux.
