A Solid command team can make the world of difference in a unit as far as performance and moral goes. Should packets of possible CSM candidates be reviewed by the incoming BC?

SFC Cardenas, it's an idea but the possibility of it happening will likely not come to fruition anytime too soon. I do like your thinking on creating a solid command team in that aspect. Just know that it may create some heated discussions if a CSM never gets selected after a few times. Especially if he/she has been waiting too long.

Sir you are spot on. I think to aliviate that issue the possible candidates should be from the list that is already provided by the board.

I think in theory this is a very good idea but I have a feeling, knowing the military, that in practice there would be serious issues. I can just see too much politicking and favors messing everything up
