Should Model Building and Building Models be merged into one topic group?

I have been a follower of the Model Building topic group for some time. Today I was doing a primitive search of the model groups on RallyPoint and discovered that Building Models is another topic group. The groups seems to be identical in purpose based on their names. The is no description for either group within the group yet.
Does it make sense to merge Model Building and Building Models into one group? If so what should the name be?

Yes Model Building and Building Models are similar enough that they should be merged.

No Model Building and Building Models are unique and should be separate

I think it makes sense to combine the Model Building and Building Models topic groups into one group. I think that Building Models as a topic title makes the most sense.
