He then rewrote the NCOER properly (using all the same bullet comments) so IF all the events were true, would have been a well written NCOER and accepted by HQ. He then used the two as before and after NCOER examples for the next NCOPD. <br /><br /><br />That is what I like to call Leadership, like a BOSS.
