I know I may have to wait days or weeks for a flight after I retire. When I first learned that retirees were Cat VI I was surprised, but after reading the article (<a target="_blank" href="http://www.amc.af.mil/Home/AMC-Travel-Site/Space-A-Travel-Categories/">http://www.amc.af.mil/Home/AMC-Travel-Site/Space-A-Travel-Categories/</a>) I see why it is this way. Bottom line it&#39;s still a free or steeply discounted flight. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/149/610/qrc/Logo.png?1487281329"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.amc.af.mil/Home/AMC-Travel-Site/Space-A-Travel-Categories/)"> Air Mobility Command Home AMC Travel Site Space A Travel Categories</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">The official website for the Air Mobility Command</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by MSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 16 at 2017 4:42 PM 2017-02-16T16:42:51-05:00 2017-02-16T16:42:51-05:00 SGM Erik Marquez 2347667 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As a retired guy, I have no issue being a CAT VI...none, zero. At least the opportunity is there for the retired. Response by SSgt Dan Montague made Feb 17 at 2017 9:52 AM 2017-02-17T09:52:01-05:00 2017-02-17T09:52:01-05:00 2017-02-16T16:17:33-05:00
