Why not Boy Scout merit badges? Why not an actual martial arts belt from a Gi? <br /><br />The Army should keep quirky uniform items to a minimum. Not start operating on the, ‘well they get to, so I want to’ principle.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 13 at 2019 7:18 PM2019-01-13T19:18:03-05:002019-01-13T19:18:03-05:00SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member4285225<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If it was authorized in 670-1 then Yes, but till this day I already think the Army is way to overboard on what is allowed on uniforms. But I would never wear my Green belt in OCP's. I think its ridiculous when I see people wear all crazy types of belts. But most the time no one is going to notice what belt you have on.Response by SFC(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 14 at 2019 7:26 AM2019-01-14T07:26:32-05:002019-01-14T07:26:32-05:00SGT Joseph Gunderson4285253<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I cannot believe this is actually being asked let alone by an NCO...Response by SGT Joseph Gunderson made Jan 14 at 2019 7:36 AM2019-01-14T07:36:00-05:002019-01-14T07:36:00-05:00SGM Bill Frazer4285889<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Last I heard leather belts unless worn by General Officers were not regulation in any uniform.
