SFC Private RallyPoint Member 83134 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As NCO's many of us are leaders.  Many of us are not.  Back in the 1980's the Army did away with the SPC rank except for SPC4.  Do you feel that soldiers that are proficient in their MOS, but not leaders, get a pay raise but not lead troops?
