<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I suffer from PTSD, have been going to Group and individual sessions for around 20+ years.<br />Things are very difficult to NOT REMEMBER. We have the Traveling WALL in town for 4 days.<br />I really had a hard time trying to decided if I should go or not. I finally gathered up the Courage to<br />go. I guess I&#39;m to emotional, but forced my self to do it. I have a member of my squad on thee <br />Wall and wanted to get a Rubbing.

When I reached the panel, I held on the it and just Balled....I did finally got my rubbing, and had a volunteer take a Pic for because my hands shake... It may seem silly to some<br />and that&#39;s OK. But it was a Big Accomplishment for me. I don&#39;t1 care what others say!!!
