Would any one get upset if a coworker smokes an E-Cig in the office. It is technically not banned because it is not tobaco.

I my self am not effected by it. It doesn't smell, it doesn't linger and it does not distract me. I think he/she would be more efficient in the workplace if they did not have to go outside every 30 minutes. What's your opinion on E-CIGS in the workplace?
