I may be able to provide my 2 cents.<br /><br />For the acquisition in Contingency Contracting the guidance will mostly fall under FAR 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) since the thresholds are dramatically increased during contingency operations. As it is the case with Government Credit Card purchases.<br /><br />Post award, contract oversight, contract administration stuff can be found around FAR 40s and 50s<br /><br />Also, always look at the applicable DFARS (DoD FAR supplements) and AFARS (Army FAR Supplements) as it may have specific guidance to the situation.
