Should it be against the law for people to sag there pants and show off there underclothes?

I think this should fall under the public decency laws that are currently in place. Just like 300 lb people wearing spandex.

My response to any question that begins with "should there be a law..." is no. Gut reaction. Generally speaking, anything that requires a law, can be accomplished without one.
