Should we bring back the SQT/SDT test, and use it to help inthe downsizing of the Army?

We used to have these test once a year, and if you failed you could not get promoted, and if you were a NCO was subject to QMP, should we use it again?

Absolutely, but it must be administered like it used to be, no open books, no computers. You take the test based on your knowledge offer MOS.

Yes, this should be an annual MOS certification, especially for SSG and below.
