Do we need the draft? I think something to avoid 4-6 deployments for a single Soldier.

I do not think we need the to re-instate the draft because it would degrade the force more than it already is. We must learn from mistakes and a draft will cause the military to revert toward more troubled times. Yes deployments suck but as people say no one held a gun to you head when you swore your oath. Do I think we need to supplement the force yes through the use of the Guard, Reserve, and the inactive reserve. I do not know the numbers of IRR service members but I am sure they could augment the force.
