Should we the people Have healthcare as a public good for all the people?

All humans deserve basic health care. ALL!

Ditto: who's going to pay for it ?

I don't see anything in the constituting about the federal government provided healthcare. If the states want to do it, they can take a swing but the feds have no business being involved. Government getting involved will not improve the cost or the care. Look at Italy, Spain and Great Britain through the Corona Virus period to see how their government provided "health service" performed.
