Dick Cheney, even when he was the president of the senate, did not yield any power, with the exception of what advice he may have given GWB, and what he in turn accepted and put in motion. I rather have him make a decision, since for the past 6 years we have already too many problems, and back to square one on the Islamic terrorism. Russia, China, Iran, North Korea are threatening us, and all we are showing is weakness, and leaving our loyal friendly countries out to dry.
