The annual mandatory training we have to do each year is always a goat roping rodeo to collect the certs. Would there be any issue with using a central point of collection like onedrive given that certs don’t contain PII or any sensitive information?

While it doesn't have any PII data, I would probably ensure that the onedrive that is being used is secured. Are individual people uploading or is someone collecting then uploading in mass? Depending on how the certifications are being used, maybe use a Sharepoint site and only give access to those that need the information.

Sounds like OneDrive is the way to go then.

Wouldn't it be the responsibility of the Training NCO to collect these from the soldiers. I know our unit will push a list out once completed everything is sent to the Training NCO.

We only have 2 full time staff who split about 6 roles. The only way our unit can get any admin done is if we push individual accountability.

CPT(P) Jake Ledgerwood - When I was in, Army Career Tracker or some other site that IMO's used to track users had this function along with tracking annual training. This it not exist anymore?

How about setting up a page on AKO and collect the documents you need there?

I’m trying to get outside the AKO system. I don’t think there are any security concerns over certificates of completion unless I’m forgetting something.

I'd check with your S6 and OPSEC folks. They might have some ideas for you.

Mostly because of the fact if there’s any system maintenance, it’s always on the weekend. AKO and other army systems seem to be down a lot.
