Since I am facing a Chapter 13, will I have to serve the rest of my contract in the Reserves or is that nullified?

My enlistment contract is 2 years 21 weeks of active duty and 2 years in the reserves. Will I have to serve in the reserves after I get chaptered? Or will I be separated from the military completely after my chapter gets approved?

I just seen they already answered that but you understand you are getting chaptered out the military no transferred so call you family and tell them to prepare a room for you and start looking for a job!

PVT Private RallyPoint Member It appears your question was answered previously; however, I have just one question of you:

Did you know go to Trial Defense Services (TDS)? They would definitely know and have given you the answer while reviewing your chapter and advising you of your rights.

Unless anything new and miraculously has changed in the military, you are going home to “Fort Livingroom”.

My hope for you is that you learn discipline along your life road before it’s too late.
