Since I ETS’d out of the military, but I’m now looking to go back in as my same MOS, would I have to go to AIT again?

I came back after 17 years with the same MOS and did not have to go to AIT.
But, some MOS's require more keeping up with changing technology then others. It could be possible that you have to go to an abbreviated reclass course.
Since you are considering reenlistment, I assume you have been to a recruiter and have already asked that NCO this question and asking on this site is just rhetorical?

Yes haha, just one of those questions where you want clearance and understanding of what’s going on.

That’ll be between you and the Army. Might be based off of years separated. Also, if you have to go back through AIT see if they can put you in an accelerated class where you won’t have to go through the full AIT.
