I relaxed my get up and go to a pace more in line with the neurons clicking in my head

I packed on some lbs but only what I could handle .. then I’ve been changing.. doing more push-aways, trading off foods at the corral.. that’s a test .. if they got baked chicken, I look for some smaller pieces and that I know they more done.. .. I used to love the skin on baked birds... passing on that.. going for buttered parsley pasta or potstoed

and I don’t like waiting in them lines after people that got hmm-n-haw 15 minutes to figure what piece of chic is bigger.. please grab that big one so I can get the lesser .. I cut the bread out so I can get a little more meat.. I get a big cup of water so not To have much room In my stomach... only prob is having to hit the r. Room before leaving..
