Since the travel ban will cause me to miss the start of ALC, will I be automatically enrolled into the next class?

I was supposed to attend ALC on the 21st, but with the travel ban, that obviously won’t be happening. Will I automatically be moved to the next class when the ban is lifted?

Your best COA is to get with your training NCO, unless someone who works at an NCOES school chimes in.

There hasn't been any guidance released yet. This ban came down from the top without prior coordination with lower entities. That means all the services will spend the next week or two trying to figure out how it will impact everyone. Part of that will be reentolling people in classes, changing follow on report dates and housing people caught mid transit. Reenrolling PME courses will be lower on the priority list

I work at the Fort Huachuca NCOA. Haven't seen anything from our side, but according to the DOD memo, I would say yes. But as soon as I receive a definitive answer, I'll be sure to let you know. Send me a PM so I do not forget.

That is one of the many questions awaiting responses from protocols yet to be developed. The entire nation has similar queries.

My own question would be: when will this crisis end and allow our ‘world’ to return to some state of normalcy?

Hard to tell. I tried to register for the April BOLC short course. All seats were filled. My application is working its way to HRC for July course. Hopefully they don’t just move all the students from a cancelled April course to July because then that would mean I am shut out of another course.
