<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Been there and done that at Fairchild Afb Spokane Washington. Having 2 small children from my first wife that I had custody of back in the early 70&#39;s. I was able to use a fellow SSgt&#39;s wife to baby sit my children while I was on duty at the hospital. After duty hours I would retrieve my children fix their dinner bathe them and put them to bed. The next morning I would make their breakfest and deliver them to the baby sitter. It was here that I meet my future wife who was in the Air Force. She saw my needs and gave up her career to take me on with 2 small babies. 48 years later and 2 additional children, 9 grandchilldren, 7 great-grandchildren, and were still going strong. Living on base made it much easier to utilize the services offered.
