From my knowledge, handled at the ORNG G1 level and resubmitted.
2nd scroll- FedRec kick back (erroneous/derogatory information in packet). From my knowledge, handled at the ORNG G1 level and resubmitted.
Officially notified in NOV 2016 that my promotion is halted under Army Directive 2016-26 (Screening Requirements for Adverse and Reportable Information for Promotion and Federal Recognition to Colonel and below). It was only then that I was provided information that there were open files in a CID data base from when I was a junior enlisted Soldier (the files were open and still considered an "open investigation" even though they were 20 years old). I completed my official rebuttal, was approved for promotion and landed on a single nomination scroll that was forwarded to HQDA G-1 in January 2017.
That's where I sit at this point. My state G1/NGB has not been able to obtain information as to its status. Any thoughts on where to go next would be helpful.Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 1 at 2017 5:33 PM2017-12-01T17:33:08-05:002017-12-01T17:33:08-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member3142381

Is there really a P35-17 scroll?!?!Response by CPT Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 4 at 2017 6:32 AM2017-12-04T06:32:20-05:002017-12-04T06:32:20-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member3190437

Looks like State G1 is excited: "I just got word that your packet is at the SECARMY for approval.
