So I just found out that I will be going to 1st Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), 1st Cavalry Division. Can anyone tell me what to expect?

Become proficient on unit movement and hazmat. As a unit that depends heavy on transportation for large quantities of equipment it is imperative to have lots of UMOs and HAZMAT folks. You as a junior officer will most likely fill some of those additional duties.
