Then, maybe.........just maybe........the WOs are the combined Capo dei Capi of the E-4 Mafia? Perhaps that is why they are rarely at formation and are pretty much awed and respected. And.....please.........don't send SPCs Rocko and Moose to "speak" to me for spilling this secret.
