Where can I find the ACFT scoring for the alternate events?

So the ACFT.. who knows the scoring for the alternate events because all I've found is finish bike under 25mins and plank 2mins is passing?

The row machine, bike and swim have to be done in 25 min or less. The rower is 5000m. I don't remember the distance for the bike or the swim.

I've been doing the row - once you get in a groove it's not that bad. And that's a good overall workout even if someone doesn't do it for the ACFT.

The plank is an alternate for the leg tuck.

Those are the only alternates.

Last I heard, it isn't in effect yet, and there was talk of modifications.

ACFT scoring is like the scoring from "Who's Line is it Anyway?". The rules are made up and the points don't matter....seriously... In a few months it will be a different version with new modifications and the official date for scores will be pushed back another year.
