Keep hearing this one over and over again from the Democrats:

Estate Tax would benefit Donald Trump.

Fact: only if he dies and is resurrected, the Estate Tax is a tax on heirs to Trumps fortune what ever is left, regardless of what the Estate Tax is there is a huge loophole called a Charitable Remainder Trust that can be used to offset it. Increasing the Estate Tax as Hillary proposes does not eliminate the tax loophole and it is largely a farce to propose a raise in the tax without elimination of the loophole. Google if you do not believe me or consult a CPA.

So another area I am not sure of is CITIZENS UNITED.

So the Argument is Hillary is going to overturn CITIZENS UNITED. The problem I see with it was it was a second or third precedent legally and the Supreme Court said this is how we interpret the 14th Amendment to go along with precedent #2 & 3. Seems to me if they got the Supreme Court to review that again that legally they would ask the Congress to change the Amendment instead of interpreting against the legal precedent. I am not a lawyer though and maybe someone from JAG that is knowledgeable about constitutional law can help out here. Chief Justice Stevens has said several times in the past that as long as he is Cheif Justice they are not going to reverse a past ruling of the Supreme Court unless there are very compelling reasons to do so. However, Googled his power and it does not look like he has the power to stop a reversal. So this one we need a lawyer on. I do not think the Clinton campaign is correct on it though.

OK one from the Trump side...

I don't get why he keeps saying that Iran and Russia are going to fight ISIS for us when the general military consensus is they are targeting Syrian opposition forces as their primary targets. Yet he keeps repeating the line over and over again.
