Soldier PCSed, took PTDY to move in family, with less than 10 working days in his new unit went to ALC before being able to inprocess fully. Went to ALC without prescribed medications due to the post inprocess cancelling SRP and medical in process, could not pass APFT without inhalers. Soldier received failure 1059. What are the next steps? Should this soldier be chaptered or does this soldier have the ability to go back to the unit (who did not previously give an APFT) and get up to par with the proper meds? Unsure what guidance to give this person and looking for some input.
