Sponsorship

I have a Soldier that is due to report to D Co 1-227th in April. He can't get orders because he has either not been assigned a sponsor, or his sponsor has not signed his 5434. I need some help on this one. I have 2 Soldiers heading to Hood in the 1st Cav and neither have part 3 done on the 5434. Can someone look into it so this Soldier can get his orders???
