As a Cadet we learn that impersonating as a soldier enlisted or officer is a serious offense to the pride of the military. As it is illegal to impersonate a military officer it is not illegal to impersonate an enlisted member. Should all stolen valor participants be inprisoned

I'll speak for myself, Cadet PVT (Join to see). I think it should not matter who stolen valor scumbags are impersonating: they all should be arrested and should answer for the crime. Unfortunately, as I understand it, the only time an arrest comes into play is when a person stealing valor gains some advantage, gets something for free, etc. We need to tighten up these laws, in my opinion. And I'll bet most of the RallyPoint community agrees. Can I get a witness?
