My own personal belief is that a certain (manageable) amount of stress is a good thing. If under too much stress for too long, then I need to rebalance what I am trying to accomplish (easier said then done).<br /><br />In short, stress is neither a driver not a stopper for me, it's just a reflection of hard I am pushing myself. Like when I have to get a job done and I'm up against a deadline. That's motivating stress.<br /><br />Then, though, there's depressing stress that makes me want to go to sleep.
