Yeah you can do a balance transfer for a fee, which adds to more debt. Then you can pay the minimum payments (people always say they will do more but usually don&#39;t) and by the end of the year when your 0% or whatever low interest rate is up, you barely have a better overall balance than when the transfer took place. Guess who made money though? The bank.<br /><br />Don&#39;t buy into these balance transfer offers or suggestions. They are not worth your time.
