It is a secure environment that can be used individually or in samll groups of veterans until they feel comfortable meeting other mentors or support veterans. It actually will put a smile on their faces everytime they come in to the virtual world. They don't believe in going back to relive negative expereinces that caused the PTSD, TBI, MST, or severe injuries to their body or loss of limbs. VWS SAVL is just another methodology that doesn't use drugs or medication, but in the end they are all about what works for each individual and their families. There are so many methodologies used today - it comes down to the veteran's or active duty service member's preference and what makes them feel comfortable or what is helping them achieve a better place and frame of reference. Just an opinion!

Check out their newsletter to see the approach and services taken in VWS SAVL. https://www.smore.com/x19ep

If you are interested and would like to attend a demonstration first, we are conducting them on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM EST. We were talking a couple of years ago about movies. I ask him what he thought of Saving PVT. Ryan. He told me he can't watch war movies because it gives him nightmares. He served in the Pacific and in Europe during WW2. Over 60 years later it still affected him. PTSD doesn't go away. There are two theaters of war for me: what is inside and outside of me. I am sharing my thought process of me, and I am not trying to convince anyone of anything. If you feel compelled to fight then I hope you can muster all your ferocity. However, and this is hard to say as a Tank Officer, sometimes your cant alter the Forward Edge Of The Battle Area. I guess I am trying to say you won't win all the battles, but some battles you MUST win and you must keep fighting it.
