The assessment was pretty much of your leadership qualities as perceived from your Soldiers. I can't remember the website and I packed my notebook. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If not, does anyone have suggestions for questions to input into an assessment? Either way I think that the best way to improve as a leader is to have your superiors, peers, and subordinates give you feedback. Unlike a command climate survey, it gives a leader fairly specific information on what he needs to improve on, and how he's perceived. I have put a fair amount of that feedback into practice.
