I have seen great ideas and improvements coming form the folks in the front lines of aircraft maintenance. I have never used it myself, but I've seen people rewarded financially ($$$) for suggesting things that save the Army (in my case) money.<br /><br />I would suggest that we get a handle on mandatory online training -- figure out a way to track it -- and only be required to do it once each mandatory period (usually annually). I have seen units "panic" and ask people to do annual training three or four times a year. There's gotta be an easy fix for that, but I still see it happening.
