TACSOP are unique to each unit. I have seen some units that have really good ones and some units that have TACSOP and don't use it. I don't understand it is a play book for what you need to be doing at a critical time. If you need one I suggest you go to AKO and do a search on TACSOP you will be able to find what you are looking for.
